Spring Blossom Honey – The First Harvest of the Year

This honey comes from the earliest nectar flow of the season, when our colonies begin foraging again after winter across orchards, hedgerows and spring wildflowers in Essex and Kent.

The result is a lighter, gently floral honey with a soft golden colour — the most delicate harvest we produce each year.

Each batch is taken from our own hives, extracted carefully, and never heated or blended. Nothing is imported or mixed, so every jar reflects the flowers available during that particular spring.

Because this is an early, limited harvest, flavour and texture vary naturally from season to season — a true snapshot of the landscape at that moment.
